Circumstances:	Otis is an indoor cat I only recently bought him he was just beginning to settle in but was still very anxious and nervous he seems to have squeezed through a very a small space and got out of my bedroom window
Other info:	His eyes are very large and golden yellow and his facial expression is monkey like. He always looks grumpy but he will allow you to pick him up and won't bite or scratch
