Circumstances:	Neighbour found the cat after he was meowing at their door for hours and came looking for help. We left him outside on the street in the hope he would find his way home but was still on the outside windowsill this morning. Took vet to vets to check microchip but not chipped. Kosey is safe, well and calm.
Other info:	Very friendly young cat; lots of meows.
