Circumstances:	He was out for a walk. There has been a discussion on facebook about a man, seen next to a local shop, who mentioned to a dogwalker that he collects stray cats and dogs.I have been unable to trace him. Another neighbour had taken him to a local vet who knew Guinness and told the neighbour that he was not a stray. Nothing since.
Other info:	Very frail. He has a healthy appetite.
