Circumstances:	I went to help this cockatiel that had been on Facebook page Longbenton And Surrounding Areas I was there for 3 hours and had to leave when my partner went to see if the bird was ok a couple from Rowlands Gill were up a tree trying to retrieve it . They took the bird home to Rowlands Gill. They're names are Kelly Rodmell and Stephen McNicholas they went into their car at approximately 17.00 with the bird .
