Circumstances:	We saw a few people around a puppy and then they later asked if she belonged to anyone. they then left her alone and we got worried so we took charge and tried to locate an owner for several hours. We got a park ranger to walkie talkie around and left a number with them, We also asked other dog walkers if they had seen anyone looking for a puppy and to ring us if they did.
