Circumstances:	A neighbour writes: Does anyone recognise this cat? Seen this cat wandering up in the Heath (field above the caravan park) and in the area opposite beechey cottage. This afternoon I stopped and noticed he’s quite skinny and scruffy, was catching mice for food, and his collar was very tattered (also quite tight). He allowed me to loosen his collar and I think he has fleas. I took him to medivet Hampstead village to check if he is chipped. He is not chipped and his Apple AirTag didn’t show up any phone numbers. He is being looked after at the vets now but if anyone knows who his owner is please let me know! Sorry I meant to say I’d seen him over the last couple days and finally stopped to check him out this afternoon. The other thing that made me think he’s lost is he had poo all over his bum so I don’t think he’s being looked after
