Circumstances:	I was visiting a friend who lives in one of the tenements and the wee cat was meowing at people and following them. I noticed how thin he/she was and assumed he/she needed food and water so I've brought him/her home to give this and will take him/her to the vets tomorrow.
Other info:	A sweet and friendly cat, found in a bad way in terms of extreme thinness. I'm going to take him/her to the vet to check health and microchip
