Circumstances:	We saw the cat in our garden yesterday, looking unwell. It returned today so we took it to the vet. The vet advised that we cannot release the cat, so we need to find the owner or call the SSPCA
Other info:	The cat appeared in our garden and was unable to walk in a straight line. We took it to the vet who confirmed it seems to have a neurological condition - although we don't know if its a new or old issue.
