Markings: Has a number of skin tags on his back
Circumstances: Walking with owner , owner stopped to talk to someone and Cairo wandered off. Cairo is very hard of hearing so needs hand signals to point him in the right direction so owner calling him but he wouldn’t have been able to hear.
Other info: Blue staffie but as he has grown older this has become light brown and grey, especially around his nose. He has hazel eyes and and dark hair on top side of his tail
