Circumstances:	We saw this cat roaming around The Bow Quarter grounds all day Saturday in the rain. Reports from neighbours say he’s been out for 3-4 days roaming around and trying to get into people’s apartments. At 3am we found him wet, cold, and stuck in the lift so we took him in and fed him. He ate like he was ravenously hungry. Now still at our home.
