Circumstances:	Was found in my garden breathing hard emaciated wound dried hard blood under left wing can’t fly
Other info:	This is a privately owned racing pigeon landed in my garden INJURED HA SA LARGE WOUND UNDER LEFT WING VERY UNDERWEIGHT. Can be handled I have contacted the Royal pigeon racing support by emailing them they have advised me to keep the bird warm feed dry rice / corn flakes / bird seed (NO BREAD) to advertise on social media as the bird is owned
