Circumstances:	Was sitting underneath a car I feed a local fox and the cat was gulping down the fox food while the fax was waiting to eat the cat was ravenous looking from side to side ears back. Really grubby looking. tonight I actually called the cat over and managed to stroke the cats head was meowing while I was opening up the cat food & biscuits.
Other info:	Extremely hungry, starving, has lots of dirty marks on the cat body and face has yellow eyes I’ve been feeding this cat for 3 nights. In malmesbury road / Alfred Street by green football pitch cage.
