Circumstances:	Cat was scavenging for food amongst fallen leaves eating chicken bones.showed interest in me and made eye contact. - if i had food he would have come to me. I shall not post exact location as am concerned about evil people getting to him.
Other info:	He was eating chicken bones and scavenging through leaves in quite an open public area. One of his eyes was not fully open; seemed infected
