Circumstances:	He was hiding under the stairwell in the foyer of our block (of flats) in Stepney Green (Carpenter House, 15 Trafalgar Gardens). He was there at 6:30 in the morning and was still there late that night, having pooed under the stairwell. I gave him some water and milk and fed him. He seems in good health but a bit scared. I've taken him to the vets but he isn't chipped.
