Markings:	White line on chin. Paws that looks like he is wearing mittens. Black dot on his back foot.
Circumstances:	Cat was sniffing the road for food. Looked very small and desperate. Offered food and started meowing and snatching the food. Then stayed with me to eat the rest of the food and followed me into my home.
Other info:	Good condition coat. Small cat. Vet scanned him but couldn't microchip. Vet says maybe about 8 months old been on street maybe around 2 weeks.
