Markings:	White around his mouth,
Circumstances:	Tommy escaped from his carry basket as we came out of the car in the carpark outside Cogges Vetinerary Surgery. We tried to retrieve him, but lost him.
Other info:	He looks large but is bony as he has kidney and teeth problems
