Markings:	Little white bib. Quite a long tail.
Circumstances:	Wandering around in the public carpark outside our flats. Mioawing and seeming very lost. I knocked on several doors and a neighbour said she'd seen him earlier on that day. I'm taking him to to the vets now (once I borrow a catbox) to see if he's microchipped and will take care of him til he's found ;)
Other info:	Quite a vocal kitten, friendly too.
