Circumstances:	A neighbour was feeding the cat which was sitting on a wall. We stopped to chat to her because the cat was so lovely. She said she hadn't seen it before and was worried it was lost. We'd never seen it before either. I'm allergic to cats, and own a whippet, so there was little I could do. But she said she would try to return with a cat carrier and take it to the nearest vets to see if it was chipped. We both agreed that these sorts of cats aren't usually seen wandering around.
