Markings: fur has been unevenly cropped short, in particular quite prominently short around the neck
Circumstances: He got out to the garden, jump over the fence and disappeared.
Other info: Ginger tail with patches of ginger on its back by the tail and on the face. The rest is white. He has been a house cat with access to garden and is unknown to his surroundings as he is new to the area.
