Circumstances:	Just appeared in the porch area of our flat on the 3rd floor, not seen it in the area before now. Was concerned it had lost its way after the new year fireworks. He’s friendly so clearly use to a loving home. Also not neutered so is howling all night in the street outside our flat. Keeps coming back to sleep in our porch for the shelter. He looks healthy but has a few patches On observation, probably from fighting with other cats in the area.
