Circumstances:	He’s an un-neutered Male because he’s actually a stray. He’s been fed by the residents of where I live. The plan was to have him neutered this week and chipped etc etc but he’s not come home. He’s very consistent with behaviour and is there every single day. He had breakfast on Tuesday early and hasn’t been seen since.
