Circumstances:	He was out as he usually is at this time. Normally he returns between 19.00-20.00 each evening, particularly when it's cold. On this particular night he didn't return.
Other info:	He didn't come home on the evening of 13th December. Although he is a bit of a wanderer, he has never stayed out all night. He has a twin sister who is at home with us. They are rarely seperated.
