Circumstances:	Bowie is allowed to wander from my parent's houseboat around the island at his leisure. He went out after his breakfast and never returned, has not been seen since.
Other info:	Quite a big cat with a saggy 'pouch' and a very deep, loud 'yelling' miaow.
