Circumstances:	Cat has been found in my grandmothers garden, he's been hanging round for roughly 1 week. Took him to the vets today to be scanned to see if he had a microchip, he does have a microchip and the vets attempted to make contact with owners but were unsuccessful. Due to GDPR we were not allowed to be given the location he is from, but they're saying it is out of the area. This cat is safe and is being cared for. Just wanting to find his owners.
