Markings:	Predominately a black cat with white legs, chin, neck and chest
Circumstances:	Went in the garden after hearing my cat growl and found this cat on the fence, she was friendly but skinny and quick to eat food and looked like she had been lost for a while due to condition of skin. No info on the collar. Took to vets but no microchip and no shelters had room, had to take her back to the garden - she's left the fence now but will keep a look out for her again.
Other info:	Although it has a collar, its skinny and has a skin condition from flea bites :(
