Circumstances:	'New' cat arrived in an area that us frequented by either a feral colony, strays or could possibly be owned. Concern has only just been reported as when this cat showed up, was very hungry and dirty.
Other info:	The cat is very hungry and dirty, giving the impression he/she has been living on the street gor a while. This 'new' cat had appeared over the last few days in an area thats frequented by other cats, possibly a feral colony or strays or possibly owned, unsure at this very early stage as concern has only just been reported.
