Circumstances:	Originally followed my neighbour home on Friday 6th, seemed lost. Took to vet - no microchip but, as advised, released it. Opened door today and in she/he shot. Cried and cried - put it out a couple of times but kept crying on doorstep and running back in. Fed it - seemed not to have eaten for some time. Put it out but just cried and cried trying to get back in. Posted on various websites and will keep in overnight as seen too many hit by cars on this road.
