Circumstances:	Cat was a bit skinny and appeared hungry, when saw hi. Outside our home. Fed him for a couple of weeks. He now comes in to eat and sleep. He is very affectionate and quite vocal. We've noticed he isn't neutered and have taken him to the vets to check for a microchip, he's not microchipped.
