Circumstances:	He was in my back garden already under a Bush after it had been raining.
Other info:	This cat is not homeless, he is too loving and effectionate to be abandoned, he has been at mine for two weeks now, 1 wk with a paper collar on too, he has got to be someone's missing companion.
