Circumstances:	Neighbours are problematic as they're constantly feeding him , and trying to make him obese , so he doesn't come back for his own food anymore. It's possible one of them has taken him inside too. Fireworks Were also going off the last time he was seen. He's never been missing for more than a day before.
Other info:	Quite chubby , Large eyes . He is a Ragdoll mix.
