Circumstances:	He was in my back garden and wanted fussing and feeding
Other info:	He’s been around for about 3 days, keeps coming back after a short amount of time, few people have seen him around, looking very lost. His fur is very matted and he has a few scratches on his nose, possibly from recent fights
