Circumstances:	Charlotte was on holiday at the Highfields and Haven caravan park, where she seemed to have been able to push against a window and fallen out of it. We were aware of this when she hadn't woke us up for breakfast around 5am. She lives all the way from Nottingham, but has been to the caravan a few times.
