Circumstances:	This cat has been hanging around near my mum’s house at the Roundhill, Stiperstones. He’s male, quite small, white with black markings. He has a collar, sort of tweed-looking, but it has no name/contact tag. He let me give him some fuss so he’s friendly. It could be that he just likes to wonder far from home rather than that he’s lost. We’ll keep an eye on him.
