Circumstances:	Ted has a catflap and is allowed to go outside. He usually goes for an hour at most. He likes to stay home a lot. On this occasion he popped outside and didn't come back. The weather was particularly poor at the time, bad rain and wind. Perhaps he took shelter somewhere and then became trapped?
