Circumstances:	He's been coming to visit us since the summer and we avoided feeding him as we assumed he had an owner. However in November he started sitting in our garden in the rain constantly and begging for food, and we were very worried about him.
Other info:	He has flecks of white hair indicating he may be old. He has big cheeks typical of an unneutered male.

FOUND CAT: Black cat - Rugeley area, Staffordshire
