Circumstances:	We were on our evening walk when I saw it from afar mowing, I walked closer and called him and he (assuming) and he just ran to me. Was super friendly and was following us like no other cat ever followed. Was trying to bite my fingers as if it was hungry. Thought it was too small and without a collar to be roaming the streets like that.
