Circumstances:	This cat first appeared last summer and at that time I thought it had an owner but over time he began sneaking in to eat my cats' food and he started looking thinner and less well groomed. He has definitely been socialized as I can stroke him and he loves it. I am feeding him now and his appearance is improving but I still believe that he may be a stray or abandoned. I have put flyers up in my neighbourhood but so far have had no responses. I am trying to nab him to get him checked for a microchip.
