Circumstances:	This is a mother and her kitten. Kitten is grey and is around 6-8 weeks old. The cats have been fed by the neighbour until the mother cat attacked the neighbours own cat. They are starting to look skinny and I'm getting concerned about their welfare.
Other info:	Looks like a domestic adult female cat with tabby/tortoiseshell markings and long hair
