Circumstances:	Just seen a black Shar Pei (or similar) lost in Richmond park. No owner around and the dog was clearly panicking. We were unable to catch the dog as it ran off into the bushes ahead of us and we lost sight of it. It was last seen on the open field near Bog Gate/sheen wood at approx. 1.00.
