Circumstances:	Was taking a walk through Petersham Lodge Woods when my aunt and I spotted the poor dog. It was apparently alone but didn't seem scared or aggressive despite its health issue. It then exited the woods part to go near the river. Please note that I was unable to approach further so I didn't see where it went next and probably will not be able to help further in finding it.
Other info:	The leg with the tumour is not completely straight
