Circumstances:	I fed my two cats before going out for the evening, which they are used to. When I came home Max was not there, which I didn't find unusual at the time. In the morning when he didn't show up to be fed I felt something was wrong.
Other info:	He has a lot of whiskers, he is talkative, skinny, he may have scabs on his body from biting
