Markings:	Hi has tabby markings spots in the sides and stripey legs and tail, he has a white mouthy and chest
Circumstances:	He was last seen under a van in the road and on his back legs, we are concerned that he may have climbed underneath that van and was driven to Merton. If not and he escaped we have not seen him since Saturday on Werter road
