Circumstances:	This cat has been visiting my property on and off for a few weeks now. He meows plaintively but doesn't want food or water. Is happy to received scratches but seems to be upset about something. I have seen him wandering around Fawe Park Road as well. Seems to be in relatively good health but has a few scratches on his face since the last time he visited.
