Circumstances:	It came on the fence top from somewhere and ate catfood then off the lawn and did this a few evenings so I put cat food for it in a dish and thought it won't let me closer than 18" it now comes most days sometimes in the mornings and has stayed all day on the fence top when it wasn't raining. Now it comes a lot further towards the house itself and does seem very scared at all but I haven't touched it as don't want to encourage it too much as my own cat is scared to go out when it's there. It's not a big cat. It was starving and initially came and ate cat food/bread off my lawn which was for the birds.
