Markings:	White line on her nose, looks a bit like a scar
Circumstances:	She sleeps by the door sometimes and she tries getting into the lift, I think when the door was opened she slipped out and down the lift, someone probably let her out or she jumped 3 floors of the balcony but that is highly unlikely as she never showed any interest and she is only out on the balcony when someone's outside
