Circumstances:	The cat seems to be living in my neighbours garden. Has been there for most of the day since Friday 13th. Is scaring my cat away. Seems in good condition, but we are worried he may be an indoor cat. Seems very young and intact.
Other info:	Looks fairly young, and seems he is intact. Very friendly.
