Circumstances:	Cat was watching birds above and came over to say hello. I am not sure if the cat was just out exploring for the day and has a home nearby... or if the cat is lost.... wanted to post here just incase cat is lost and owners might want to try thile staff carpark at the bottom of the hill.. near the construction works
