Circumstances:	We were taking him for a walk with our other dog. As we approached some road works the workers started a loud generated which spooked him and he quickly ran in the opposite direction tearing the lead out of my partner's hand.
Other info:	He has a light brown head and white body with a few black spots (one large black spot on the side of his body). He doesn't have a tail but just a small stub. He was wearing a purple harness at the time he escaped
