Other info:	I have photos, can't figure out how to upload them. He was seen on the trail down from the Harrow View Point to Oxhey Lane (A4008), in between the River Pinn and Grims Dyke Golf Club. He stood very still as we approached with a dog, seemed happy to see us, and then ran down the trail toward Oxhey Lane. We assumed his owner was around the corner but we didn't see him again or a human. He had a black box attached to his collar by his throat
