Circumstances:	Billy went out with twin sister in harness and lead. First time in garden. There was a big bang. Billy was scared stiff. Got out of his harness and lead. Ran off.
Other info:	Domestic short haired blue grey cat. Is friendly but shy. Scared of noises.
